History

Early Texas Scots

The Scots who came to America, and ultimately to Texas, wove a “tartan” all their own with their very lives.  Each strand was essential to the strength of the fabric and the beauty of the design.  Scots came to Texas from England, Ireland and from other states.  Many of the descendants were of mixed blood as they reached out to form a new home… a new nation.
